Orderly Services Ltd – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Orderly Services Ltd.


By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging our services. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you ("Client", "You", or "Your") and Orderly Services Ltd ("Orderly Services", "We", "Us", or "Our").



1. Introduction

Orderly Services Ltd offers professional organisation services, including but not limited to the organisation of wardrobes, kitchens, pantries, utility rooms, toys and playrooms, studies and offices, lofts and storage areas, files and documents, emails and digital file management, general decluttering and downsizing, and virtual executive assistance and time management solutions ("Services"). By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.



2. Services Provided

Our Services include, but are not limited to:


  • Organising wardrobes, kitchens, pantries, utility rooms, toys and playrooms, studies and offices, and lofts or storage areas.
  • Organising files and documents, including physical and digital files.
  • General decluttering and downsizing of belongings.
  • Email and digital file management services.
  • Virtual Executive Assistant (EA) and time management solutions, including administrative and scheduling support.
  • Light cleaning of areas being organised when necessary for organisational purposes (e.g., wiping down shelves or surfaces). Please note that we are not a cleaning service, and full or deep cleaning is not included as part of our Services.



The specifics of the Services will be agreed upon in writing before the commencement of any work.



3. Consultation Process


  • We offer a 30-minute virtual consultation free of charge to assess whether our services are a good fit for your needs.
  • After the virtual consultation, we offer a 30-minute in-person consultation at a cost of £30. This includes space assessment and measurements.
  • Following the consultation, you will receive a tailored plan outlining the work required and associated costs.
  • Charges for services after the consultation are £50 per hour.


For Virtual EA and Time Management Solutions:


  • 30-minute virtual consultation free of charge.
  • £50 per hour for all services thereafter, with time agreed in advance.



4. Fees and Payment


  • Organisation Services: £50 per hour after the consultation process.
  • Virtual EA and Time Management Solutions: £50 per hour post-consultation.
  • The final cost is based on total hours worked.
  • Payment is due before completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Bank transfer is the only accepted payment method.
  • Additional costs for materials (e.g., storage solutions) will be agreed upon in advance and itemised on the final invoice.



5. Booking and Scheduling


  • To book services, you must provide a clear description of the work required.
  • We will confirm availability and provide a time estimate.
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required, depending on the project.
  • All appointments are subject to confirmation.



6. Client Responsibilities


  • Clients must provide safe, clear access to areas being organised.
  • Any hazardous materials must be disclosed before work begins.
  • Clients are responsible for securing valuables and personal documents. We are not liable for loss or damage unless caused by our negligence.
  • If item removal is part of the project, the Client must clearly indicate whether items are to be discarded, donated, or relocated. Once removed, items cannot be returned.



7. Confidentiality and Privacy

Orderly Services Ltd is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and any content in the areas we organise.


  • We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
  • We will not share your personal data without consent, except in cases where disclosure is necessary for safeguarding purposes or as part of a business continuity plan (e.g., sharing limited information with another service provider in the event of illness or incapacity).



8. Cancellations and Rescheduling


  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) may incur a fee equal to 50% of the booking.
  • Rescheduling must also be made at least 48 hours in advance and is subject to availability. Rescheduling may result in additional charges.



9. Limitation of Liability


  • Orderly Services Ltd will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
  • We take reasonable care when handling belongings, but are not liable for any damage, loss, or theft unless directly caused by our negligence.



10. Intellectual Property


  • Any organisational systems, methods, or tools we provide remain our intellectual property.
  • Clients receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use these systems for personal purposes only.



11. Termination


  • We reserve the right to terminate services if the Client fails to comply with these Terms, engages in inappropriate behaviour, or does not pay as agreed.



12. Force Majeure


  • We are not liable for service delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).



13. Amendments to Terms


  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to any updated terms.



14. Governing Law


  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Orderly Services Ltd is registered.
  • Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant local courts.



15. Media and Marketing Consent

By using our Services, you agree that Orderly Services Ltd may take and use photographs or videos of your organised spaces for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and marketing materials.


  • No identifying personal or sensitive information will be shared without your express written permission.
  • You may opt out of this consent at any time by notifying us in writing before your appointment.
